<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 along with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days was issued to the PP vide Board's letter no. 7172-73 dated 22/11/2022 as the PP has changed the mode of disposal. Now PP has submitted a reply w.r.t SCN, same is satisficotry. RO has already reported that the PP does comply with previous CTE conditions granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved fresh CTO under Water Act,1974 may be granted for one year for a commercial project in an area of 16390.236 sqm., having a total built-up area of 15408.178 sqm, for a total wastewater generation @33.0 KLD after treatment with STP capacity 40 KLD and mode of Disposal of Effluent Treated wastewater @ 19 KLD - reuse for flushing purpose by providing dual plumbing system Treated wastewater @ 13 KLD - for plantation of green area within premises and construction activities of in the vicinity, with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">An additional condition may be imposed that the PP shall not change the mode of disposal without the prior permission of the Board. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE RO may be requested to visit the site within three months to monitor the STP installed by the PP as well as the mode of disposal and verify compliance with environmental laws. EE, RO may also be requested to keep a vigil on the project regarding the change of mode of disposal. </span></p>
