<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO .it is intimated that directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 were issued for the restoration of electricity supply temporarily up to 25/10/2022 vide Board's letter no. 2581-84 dated 26/4/2022.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Now the industry has applied for renewal under Air Act,1981 along with further electric restoration. RO has reported that the industry does comply with the provision of the Water Act,1974, and Air act,1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved following action may be approved, please.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1) Renewal CTO under the Air Act,1981 applied by the industry may be granted for six months with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that the industry shall submit the extended BG in EE, RO SAS Nagar.EE, RO may be requested to visit the industry as protocol framed by the Board for further restoration of electric connection as well as decide the BG.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">PSPCL may be directed to further temporarily restore the electric connection available with the industry, for 6 months</span></p>
