It is intimated that the industry was granted CTE (NOC for expansion) vide no. CTE/Exp/SAS/2022/17769803 daterd 18/4/2022, valid upto 18/1/2022 with the special condition that 1. The industry shall dismantle/ remove the existing boiler of 06 TPH capacity and shall not commission its newly installed boiler of 06 TPH capacity without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
