If approved, that varied CTO under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for the operation of 91 plots and 17 no. commercial shops up to 30/9/2024 with the special conditions as proposed by E.E, Regional Office, and additional condition may also be proposed that EE, RO shall keep a vigil that total built-up area be carried by PP or any different builder, not more than 20,000 Sqm as per EIA notification dated 14/9/2006.</p>
