<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Earlier the application of the industry was returned due to reason that the industry has not mentioned value of land & building in CA certificate. Now the industry has again re-applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 without mentioning value of land and building in its CA certificate. Moreover, the total gross block of fixed assets of the industry has been increased from Rs. 52.28 lakhs to Rs. 60.07 lakhs from 31.03.2018 to 31.03.2022 but the industry has not submitted purchase bills of machinery installed in its premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has not deposited adequate consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has not submitted action plan for collecting back and disposal of the post consumer plastic waste generated due to sale of commodity manufacture by the industry as condition imposed during grant of registration under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.<br />If approved, in-complete application may be returned pl.</span></p> |
