<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. The PP has applied the varied CTO under the Water Act,1974 as increased for the flats from 174 to 400 ( total flat 504 flats as per CTE).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has monitored the STP installed by PP, and as per the analysis results all parameters with in limit. RO has reported that PP is complying with various terms & conditions of earlier consent granted & has complied with the earlier observations of the previous visit as well as has complied with the hearing decisions before the Chairman Sir dated 28/6/22.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved Consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted up to 31.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board. EE, RO may be requested to visit the industry as protocol framed by the Board to verify the compliance with environmental law and if found any violation, then send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
