RO has monitored the boiler stack, as per the analysis report, all the parameters are found within prescribed limits, but RO has not monitored the stack after APCD to control the process emissions of HCL and SO2 generated from the ESC Plant & PMMBCN Plant. The TIET team has not submitted the audit report. RO has also reported that the industry did comply with the provision of the Air Act,1981 during the visit.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> If approved renewal CTO under Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30.06.2023 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to monitor all stacks installed by the industry, verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
