<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 61.75pt; margin: .05pt 4.0pt .0001pt 7.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-font-width: 110%;">The industry has deposited Rs. 500/- deposited through online vide R.No. N285222159393620 dated 12/10/2022 as Application fee, Rs. 3600/- deposited through online vide R.No. N285222159393865 dated 12/10/2022 as NOC fee Rs. 43,200/- deposited through online vide R.No. N285222159418468 dated 12/10/2022, Rs. 10,800/- deposited through online vide R.No. N285222159422317 dated 12/10/2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 43,200/- deposited through online vide R.No. N285222159394076 dated 12/10/2022, Rs. 10,800/- deposited through online vide R.No. N285222159394348 dated 12/10/2022 Air Act, 1981 against the value of gross fixed assets of Rs. 60.75 lacs, which is adequate upto 30/09/2031.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 61.75pt; margin: .05pt 4.0pt .0001pt 7.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-font-width: 110%;">The industry has also submitted the building plan duly approved from Competent Person, Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 61.75pt; margin: .05pt 4.0pt .0001pt 7.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-font-width: 110%;">The industry has submitted report from SDM, Malerkotla issued vide letter no. 1404/F.K dated 27/10/2022 that khasra nos. 1507/754(4-5, 1509/755(4-12) land measuring 8 Bighe, 17 Biswa of the industry are located outside the lal lakir of Village Naudhrani, more than 100 mtr far from village phirni and Municipal limits of Malerkotla and there is no residential houses, colony, religious and educational institutes etc. in radius of 100 mtr.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 61.75pt; margin: .05pt 4.0pt .0001pt 7.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-font-width: 110%;">The project proponent has obtained Classification of Land use for khasra nos. 1507/754(4-5), 1509/755(4-12) from District Town Planner, Sangrur vide memo no. 1500 DTP(S)/LPM-141 dated 08/09/2022, for land measuring 8 Bighe, 17 Biswa or 9093.71 sq.mtr. In said classification it has been clarified that earlier there was Rice Sheller established in the said premises and the site has been kept as it is as existing industrial spot.</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 61.75pt; margin: .05pt 4.0pt .0001pt 7.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-font-width: 110%;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Paint @ 2000 Liter/day, Primer @ 1000 Liter/day and Thinner @ 1000 Liter/day by using Pigment @ 600 Kgs/day Varnish @ 1850 Kgs/day Solvent @ 1450 Kgs/day and Driers @ 300 Kgs/day, as raw material, may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2031 with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.</span></p> |
