In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be</span> granted to the industry upto 30/09/2024 for the production of Pure Ghee @ 4000 kg/day and Skimmed Milk Powder @ 5500 Kg/day by using Milk @ 70000 ltr/day as raw material, subject to the suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.</p> |
