In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note , it is recommended the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Paint @ 2000 Liter/day, Primer @ 1000 Liter/day and Thinner @ 1000 Liter/day by using Pigment @ 600 Kgs/day Varnish @ 1850 Kgs/day Solvent @ 1450 Kgs/day and Driers @ 300 Kgs/day, as raw material, may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2031 with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.</span></p> |
