<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: left; line-height: normal;" align="left">At the time of grant of NOC, the cost of the project was more than Rs. 10 crore, as such NOC application was decided at PBIP. Now the competency to decide cases having project cost more than Rs. 25 crore lies with PBIP.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: left; line-height: normal;" align="left">Approved as proposed vide note 29.11.2022 above with the additional condition that the PP shall submit balance sheet of every financial year to the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Bathinda by 30th June of every year as well as yearly certificate to the effect that no addition / up-gradation / modification / modernization has been carried out during the previous year otherwise the PP shall obtain requisite <span style="color: #5d5d5d;">all the statuary approvals / clearances from the concerned departments</span> alongwith varied consent.</p> |
