<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 39.8pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .05pt 4.7pt .0001pt 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention &<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 alongwith<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>requisite documents and fees. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 39.8pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .05pt 4.7pt .0001pt 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has deposited Rs.<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>2200/- Vide<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>R.No. 511230863<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>dt<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>03/10/2022 as NOC fee, Rs.<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>32,400/- Vide<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>R.No.<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>AXIC222709599975 dt 27/09/2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs.<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>32,400/- Vide<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>R.No.<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>AXIC222709599976 dt 27/09/2022 Air Act, 1981 against the value of gross fixed assets of Rs. 169.63<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>lacs, which is adequate upto 30/06/2027.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.65pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 38.75pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Thereafter, the industry was visited by AEE of this office along with Scientific Assistant of Air lab<span style="color: red;"> </span>on<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>dated<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>15/11/2022<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>during<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>visit<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>stack emission<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>sample<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>was<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>also collected<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>as<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>per<span style="letter-spacing: -2.95pt;"> </span>the analysis report reveals that the concentration of SPM was 368 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup>, which is within the<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>permissible limit prescribed by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.65pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 38.75pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Also, the industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 18/10/2022 and during visit the treated effluent samples were collected and sent to Head Office lab for analysis. The results of the same have been mentioned in the above table at point VIII. The results are within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board for such kind of the industries.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.65pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 38.75pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry was lastly visited by AEE of this office along with Scientific Assistant of Air lab on dated 15/11/2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry was in operation and engaged in the manufacturing of Media Kraft Paper @ 25 TPD by using Waste Paper @ 30 TPD as raw material.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry as well as ETP/APCD were in operation.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has installed ETP for treatment of wastewater and complies of collection-cum-equalization tank dosing arrangements, flash mixing tank, primary clarifier, aeration tank (suspension), secondary clarifier & sludge drying beds and the same was found in operation.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry is partially reusing the treated wastewater in the process and remaining on to land for plantation developed in an area of about 01 Acre as per Karnal Technology. During visit all the treated wastewater was reused in the process and thus no treated wastewater was discharged in the plantation area</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has installed mechanical water meter at the pipe line carrying treated wastewater for reusing in the process and at the pipe line leading to the plantation area. Industry is maintaining the record of wastewater treated by ETP and reused in the process.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has installed energy meter at the STP and is maintaining the record of electricity consumed in the operation of STP.</span></li>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US">Sampling of stack emissions was carried out on 15/11/2022 and as per the analysis results, the concentration of particulate matter analyzed as 368 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup> against the prescribed standards of 500 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup>, as such the industry is conforming the prescribed standards.</span></li>
