CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/16329085 dated 12.04.2022 valid upto 11.04.2023 for the establishment of rice shelling unit </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">in an area of 23 kanals 01 marlas </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">[ 19 Kanals 04 Marlas from Khasra no: 14// 24/1 (6-5), 25/1(0-3), 17(7-8), 16/2 (3-6), 24// 4/1(2-02) and 03 Kanals 17 Marlas from 14 (7-8), 15/1 (7-4)] Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">to manufacture raw rice @ 04 TPH with dryer and Sorted Rice @ 04 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the industry </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">vide its letter, received in this office on 25.07.2022, has submitted proposal along with relevant records for expansion of the site of the newly proposed rice shelling unit by adding 17 kanals land from Khasra no. 4//4(7-8), 5(8-0), 6(8-0), 7(7-8), 14(7-8), 15/1(7-4), 16/2(3-6). 17(7-8), 24/1(6-5), 25/1(0-3), 5//21(8-0), 22/1 (4-0), 6//25(5-0), 16/3(3-4), 17/2(3-14), 24(7-8), 15//1/1(7-7), 2/1(0-9), 10/2(3-12), 11/1(0-6), 24//4/1(2-2) in the revenue estate of village Kamalpura, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana by adding area. Accordingly, the proposal of industry was sent to the <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">District Town Planner</strong>, <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Ludhiana </strong>and the <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jagraon </strong>vide this office letter nos. <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">4575</strong> and <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">4574 </strong>dated <strong>26.</strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">07.2022</strong>, respectively with the request to submit reports regarding their concerned parameters as required in view of the sitting guidelines prescribed by the State Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013. However, no reply has been received from the concerned departments till date and moreover, the project proponent has also not applied for any NOC expansion.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has now applied for Fresh ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for production of Raw Rice with Dryer @ 04TPH & sorted rice @ 04TPH. The industry has not added the proposed area vide letter received in this office on 25.07.2022 in this project and has established the rice sheller unit </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">in an area of 23 kanals 01 marlas</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> <span lang="EN-IN">as mentioned in the Consent to Establish / NOC granted to it.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 23.11.2022 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 265.02 lacs. </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 54,000/- vide online receipt no. 969949733 dated 29.11.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 54,000/- vide online receipt no. 117289807 dated 29.11.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027 under both acts. </span></p>
