<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"> 2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The industry </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">will obtain 'consent to establish' (NOC) for modernization<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>(due to installation of new boiler with paddy straw as fuel), within 15 days.</span></p>
