The application was scrutinize and it was observed that the industry has submitted CA certificate as on 20.01.2022 more than 11 months old. The industry has required submit latest CA certificate. The industry has not submitted Completion Certificate regarding installation of ETP cum STP for treated its trade effluent. The industry mentioned a wood fired Boiler in its application, but the industry has not submitted completion/feasibility report of boiler alongwith online application. The industry has also not submitted compliance report in annotated form.
