<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is intimated that earlier the consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was granted to the subject cited rice mill vide No. </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">CTOW/Fresh/GRP/2017/6703765 & CTOA/Fresh/GRP/2017/6703345 </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">dated 15/11/2017, which were valid upto 30/09/2022 for the production of Raw Rice @ 32 MTD, Rice Bran @ 1.5 MTD, from Paddy @ 48 MTD through OCMMS.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Now the rice mill has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 under Orange Category along with requisite documents. The industry has also submitted compliance report of previous consents granted under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is further intimated that the industry has deposited Rs. 29600/- & Rs. 28000/- vide R/No. 97/5465 dated 21/11/2022 as consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 1100/- as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as application fee against gross value of fixed assets of the industry worth Rs. 76,44,280/- as on 31/08/2022 as per CA certificate submitted by the industry and same is adequate for 31/09/2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">May if approved, Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed to the industry without visiting the unit in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 being Orange Category for a period upto 30/09/2027 for the production of Raw Rice @ 32 MTD, Rice Bran @ 1.5 MTD, from Paddy @ 48 MTD subjected to suitable conditions along with special condition that the industry shall got air emission samples analyzed from the Board Lab during this paddy processing season.</span></p> |
