<p><span style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above mentioned facts and report given in the note of AEE, it is therefore, recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2023 subject to suitable terms and conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board and with the special conditions to comply with the decisions of the personal hearing as well as direction issued u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 in true sprits. Also additional condition may be imposed that the industry shall immediately treat its effluent stored in low COD and high COD tanks and submit the compliance report to the Board on weekly basis.</span></p> |
