<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the facts and report given by AEE, it is recommended that partial consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 for operation of 50 flats and 5 shops may be granted upto 31.03.2024, subject to suitable terms and conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The project proponent shall submit amended approved site plan within 02 months.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The project proponent shall provide dual plumbing system to reuse the treated domestic effluent in all the towers and same shall be made functional.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The project proponent shall develop the plantation area within its premises as per approved site plan.</p> |
