<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that PP was granted fresh Consent to Establish dated 08/09/2022, having validity up to 31/12/2022 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity & Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD as products.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh CTO under the Air Act, 1974 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity & Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD and Warehouse (Multi Product) @ 5000 MTD as products.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of the above, the PP has made an expansion as an addition in the warehouse(Multi Product) @ 5000 MTD without permission of the Board.</span></p>
