<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the note dated 29.11.2022, if approved:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry for six months for operation of hot mix plant to manufacture premix @ 60 TPD, subject to the following specific conditions:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">i. The industry will comply with the code of practice as prescribed by the Board vide notification no. Admin/SA-2/F.No. 178/9903 dated 26.04.1999 prescribed for hot mix plants.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">ii. The hot mix plant will get its air emission sample analyzed from the Board's lab/Approved lab of the Board as per the policy of the Board. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Directions may be issued to the PSPCL authorities to restore/continue the electric supply of the industry temporarily for six months . </p>
