The application was scrutinize and it was observed that the industry has submitted CA certificate as on 31.03.2021 approx. more than 1.5 years old. The industry has required submit latest CA certificate. Also the institute has not mentioned the land value in CA certificate. As per application form filled by the unit, the date of commissioning is Aug, 2019. The fee deposited by the unit is not adequate for 5 years under both Acts.
