<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>‘consent to operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.6.2026 with suitable conditions as proposed by AEE, please.</span></p> |
