<p>Note for fixation of inlet effluent standards for the member units has already been sent for the approval of the Competent Authority of the Board, which is under consideration considering above, it is recommended that:-</p>
<p>1. Case may be considered for grant as proposed by AEE with usual conditions and with special conditions proposed above. </p>
<p>2. In case of the industry will not achieve the inlet effluent standards ( to be prescribed by the Board) in future, it shall bound to install the adequate treatment facility to achieve the inlet effluent standards in future..</p> |
