| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act, 1948.
2. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of effluent of Oil & Grease trap from NABL approved lab.
3. During previous visit, the industry has installed 8 no. LPG fired chullas, but in the application form the project proponent has mentioned only 1 LPG fired chulla.
4. The project proponent has not submitted allotment letter of the plot.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
