<p style="text-align: justify;">After scrutinized the application it was observed that the project proponent has submitted its feasibility report which show that 10 person residing per house including ground floor and first floor. But, the physically the project proponent has constructed G+2 storied building at the site, which show that minimum 15 persons per house. The project proponent shall also introduce the treatment of solid waste at the site and submit the proposal of equipment to treat the solid waste. The industry was requested to re-calculate the water balance report and submit the revised feasibility within 02 days but the industry has not submitted the same till date.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore the application cannot be processed at this stage, please allow me to return the case.</p> |
