CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2019/10142247 dated 19/07/2019, both of which were valid upto 17/11/2022, for manufacturing of Lead product (ingots) from old dry batteries @ 8.3 MTD as raw material, subject to certain condition as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0cm 0.2pt 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Lead Products (Lead Ingots) @ 06 MTD as products, along with requisite document. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0cm 0.2pt 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As per record file, the previous fee already deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2025. Now, the industry has further deposited Rs. 18665/- UTR R. no. SBIN422301941008 dated 28.10.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 19165/- vide R. no. SBIN422301941161 dated 28.10.2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2027 for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 51.30 lakh on 06.10.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm -3.5pt 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify;"><strong><u>Status of Passbook under Rule, 09 of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016</u></strong>:</p>

Temple type Blast furnace and has provided APCD to suppress air emission generated from the temple type furnace consisting of gas cooling cum settling chamber, 03 no. U-bend cooling tubes cyclone type dust collector, pulse jet bag filter house and alkaline scrubber along with stack of adequate height. During visit, as the unit was not in operation thus, the APCD was also not in operation. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 24px;">The industry has submitted analysis report of the air emission sample from private laboratory i.e. M/s Eco Laboratories and Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Mohali on 09.11.2022 and the result are attached in agendan note.</span></p>
