| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed that the unit has not replied to the earlier observation raised while returning previous application. As such, it is once again requested to submit reply of the following clarification with in 2 days:
1. The unit has not filled the application form properly and has not mentioned the machinery for which the consent is being sought i.e. Stone Crusher or Screening-cum-Washing Plant.
2. The unit has not submitted undertakings and compliance in the name of applicant/partner Sh. Rakesh Kumar.
