In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, it is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period upto 30/06/2027 to manufacture Media Kraft Paper @ 25 TPD subject suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.</span></p> |
