<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the project proponent was earlier granted Consent to Establish under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/18078838 dated 19/04/2022 having validity upto 31/03/2023 for commercial project in an area of 10546 sqm (i.e. 2.6 acres), having total built up area of 14271 sqm, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for partial consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of block-A having built up area 3731 sqmt. (36 showrooms on 9 plots of showroom site), alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 9.75 Crore as on 26/09/2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 36000/- vide Online R. no. 787228317 dated 30/11/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>36000/- vide Online R. no. 749339417 dated 30/11/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for two years, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site was visited by AEE of this office on 02/12/2022 and during visit it was observed as under:</span></p>

But the project proponent has completed entire finishing works of only Block-A containing 36 show room setup on 9 plots.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that partial consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for one year, for the operation of block-A having built up area 3731 sqmt. (36 showrooms on 9 plots of showroom site), subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that:</span></p>
