CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/18078838 dated 19/04/2022 having validity upto 31/03/2023 for commercial project in an area of 10546 sqm (i.e. 2.6 acres), having total built up area of 14271 sqm, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for partial consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of block-A having built up area 3731 sqmt. (36 showrooms on 9 plots of showroom site), alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 9.75 Crore as on 26/09/2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 36000/- vide Online R. no. 787228317 dated 30/11/2022 under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>36000/- vide Online R. no. 749339417 dated 30/11/2022 under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for two years, under both the Acts.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site was visited by AEE of this office on 02/12/2022 and during visit it was observed as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has started construction work of Block-A (SCO), Block-B (toilet Section), Block-C (SCO) &amp; Block-D (Booth) and Block-E (Hotel), Block-F (shop).</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has completed entire structure work of Block A, B &amp; C of B+G+2 storied Building.
