<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the application was scrutinized and observed that:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Earlier the institute was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under large scale unit. Now the institute has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 in small scale, however, the industry falls under medium scale. Moreover, the fixed assets increased from 3522.88 lakhs as on 31.03.2019 to 4554.69 lakhs as on 31.05.2022, however, the institute has not deposited NOC fee. Furthermore, consent fee earlier deposited by institute with its application dated 31.03.2022 was adequate upto 31.03.2022 only (after deducting penalty). Now the institute has not deposited any consent fee with its application.</p>
