<p style="text-align: justify;">As per report of AEE above, it is recommended that ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for expansion of the unit for one year subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed in the note of AEE dated 30.11.2022 and sp<span style="font-size: 10.6667px; background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; text-indent: 12px;">ecial condition no.18 as - </span><span style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; background-color: #e8f6f9;">the industry shall not operate its standby boiler of capacity 4 TPH, withouit prior initmation to the Board, in any case.</span></p> |
