<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry was issued show cause notice with an opportunity to give reply in writing, within 3 days. The reply of the industry and recommendations of AEE/ EE be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the reply of the industry may be considered and the consent to establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of one year with the suitable conditions and special conditions that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. The industry shall not commission its process without obtaining consents to operate of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. The industry shall not carry out the dyeing of cotton fabric in its premises as submitted by the industry in its reply.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. The industry shall provide equalization tank of adequate capacity inside the premises and shall discharge effluent into the conveyance system of the CETP after passing through the equalization tank.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. The industry shall make in-house arrangements to achieve with the inlet standards of the CETP as per the DPR.</p>
