<p> the matter was discussed with the competent authority. the violations w.r.t air and water act are as under:-</p>
<p>1. The industry neither submitted compliance with NOC conditions nor complied with them.</p>
<p>2. Approved building plan has not been submitted.</p>
<p>3. The STP installed was not working properly, as no MLSS was found in the aeration tank, nor any record w.r.t its operations has been maintained.</p>
