CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16018887 dated 18.08.2021, which valid upto 17.08.2022 for production of Dyieng of Acrylic Fancy Yarn/ Cloth @ 1500 Kgs/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 200 KLD into sewer after ETP & domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into sewer with conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>

The consent fee deposited by industry is adequate upto 31.10.2029 under Water Act, 1974 after deducting Rs. 220/- as penalty.</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has installed 08 cabinet dyeing machines (90 kg X 3, 60 kg X 5), 03 soft flow machines (02 X 200 Kg, 01 X 300 kg), 02 Garment Washing machines & 01 sample cabinet machine in its premises. Earlier, all the sealed dyeing machinery was de-sealed on 17.10.2022 as per the directions of the Competent Authority of the Board as the discharge calculated by GNE was found within the allotted shares of CETP to the industry. </span></li>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The study on effluent generation has been done by the Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNE) and as per report it has total effluent generation as 393.6 KLD from its total 06 chambers of soft flow machines & 08 cabinet machines. However, the industry has granted 400 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry is within the share allotted to it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry is connected with the conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana for discharge its effluent. The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Further, some units have made the complaint regarding in judicial allotment of the shares by the PDA, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana, which is under process at Board and at Govt. Level. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo4; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; letter-spacing: -.05pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(ii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry shall make the necessary arrangements to achieve the effluent standards as per the inlet designed parameters of the CETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo4; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; letter-spacing: -.05pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo4; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; letter-spacing: -.05pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(iv)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry shall maintain the record of flow meter installed at outlet leading to CETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo4; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; letter-spacing: -.05pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(v)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry shall not generate/discharge trade & domestic effluent more than 400 KLD without obtaining prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
