<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has commissioned in year July, 2021 as per the GST certificate submitted by the industry. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Earlier an industry by the name and style of B.R. Herman & Mohatta (India) Pvt. Ltd., VPO Jaspal Bangar, Opp. Vidhata Plywood, Kanganwal Road, Ludhiana running at this location. The industry had obtained consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 30.06.2020. Now, the industry has been taken on rent by M/s Vesta Enterprises. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted in writing that it has not added any polluting machinery in its premises after taking above mentioned industry on rent. The industry has submitted new building plan in the name of M/s Vesta Enterprises, from Architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.65pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 01.12.2022 and it was observed that: -</span></p>

Forging Hammers. Only one oil fired furnace was in operation during the visit.</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 24.7pt; margin: 0in 5.45pt .0001pt 4.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2024 with usual conditions, please.</span></p> |
