<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Applicability of 1</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">st </span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">schedule of Factory Act, 1948 & EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 :-</span></strong></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry does not attract the provisions of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006, as such, the industry is not required to obtain environmental clearance under the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 as the industry has submitted detailed calculation/undertaking in its project report stating that the production capacity shall not go beyond 29200 Ton/year.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Govt. of Punjab, Department of Labour (Directorate of Factories Wing) vide Endst. No. 7346-59 dated 27.08.2013 has decided that the factories located/ to be set up in the designated/approved areas such as Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Industrial Focal Point/ Approved Industrial Park/ Industrial Zone of the Master Plan/ Draft Master Plan are exempted for clearance of site from SCA-cum-SAC.</span></li>
