<p><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: small;">It is submitted that in the agenda note/note history of applications for obtaining fresh CTOs/regularisation by the subject cited industry, it has not been mentioned whether the site is suitable for its regularisation/operation w.r.t. policy of the Board. Also, nothing has been mentioned in the agenda note regarding location of site w.r.t. Master Plan and moreover SDM certificate does not mention the location of site w.r.t. M.C. limit. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Accordingly, R.O. Faridkot was requested yesterday on 01.12.2022 through email to send reply to the clarification as above within one day (a copy of email attached). However, no reply has been received from R.O.</span></p>
