<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Regional Office has replied to the observations raised stating that the site of the industry was visited on 21.11.22 and it was observed that the industry is now using tankers for sprinkling of treated effluent in open area for storage of raw material to control dust emissions by movement of heavy vehicles.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Further the industry has submitted the detail of machinery, as per which it has added CNC machines, Machine double head, CNC lathes, CNC grinding and one shot blasting machine. The shot blasting machine is with the bag house filter. The industry has already deposited NOC Fee of Rs. 10800/- already deposited through NEFT No. P264220192593750 dated 21-9-2022 against increase of fixed assets of industry. As it has now complied with the decisions of the personal hearing and has adopted a mechanism to control dust emissions, it is now complying under the Air Act,1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of the report of Regional Office, It is recommended that consent to operate under the Air Act,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with usual conditions and <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>special condition that industry shall not use fresh water for sprinkling in its open area for controlling dust and shall only use treated effluent from the STP.
