<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for renewal of consents.</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;"><span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"> </span>The </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">unit was visited by EE alo<em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">ng with AEE on 11.11.2022 and observed that the hot mix plant was not in operation. The hot mix plant has installed on bitumen mixer, 1 bitumen tank heater with stack. The bitumen mixer is provided with wet scrubber as APCD followed by stack of adequate height along with sampling arrangements. The industry has installed one no. DG Set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy along with adequate stack height. The plant has constructed re-circulation tank for the re-circulation of scrubbing water. The domestic effluent is discharged into septic tank, further onto land for plantation. The Hot Mix Plant is partially complying with the code of practice.</em></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per record file, the industry was lastly visited on 11.11.2021 and air emission sampling was carried out and as per analysis report received, SPM was found within the limits prescribed by the Board.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of the report of RO, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that :</span></em></p>
