<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry is a medium scale green category unit and was granted varied consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, both valid upto 31.12.2025. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for consent to establish (NOC) for expansion for the production of Potato Mini Tuber (existing) @ 19500000 No./year and Potato Mini Tuber (Proposed) @3000000 No./year by installing one green house shed in addition to existing 08 No. green house sheds. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry was visited by AEE on 15.11.2022 and observed that the foundation work of green house is under process. There is no source of trade effluent, only domestic effluent is generated, which is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. Further, the industry has also proposed to install 2 no. DG Sets of 750 KVA with canopy and the industry has already installed 320 KVA DG Set with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of report of RO, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC for expansion) under <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for installation of one no. green house shed and 2 no. DG Sets of 750 KVA for period of one year with suitable terms and conditions. (Competency- SEE)</span></p> |
