<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. If approved Varied CTO under Air Act,1981 applied by the industry may be granted, up to 30.09.2023 subject to suitable conditions and the additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry as per protocol framed by Board to decide the BG, carry out a completed water audit and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</p>
