| Clarification Note: |
On scrutnizing the application of the industry, it is observed as under:
1) The value of fixed assets has increased from Rs 1.67 crore to Rs 1.71 crore. The industry need to submit detail of expansion made along with machinery.
2) The industry need to submit undertaking that with the increase in fixed assets whether there has been increase in production capacity or pollution load.
3) The industry has not submitted point-wise compliance of the previous CTO conditions.
