<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. it is intimated that PP obtained the CTE for a commercial project for the showrooms and shops @ 165 for wastewater generation @ 19 KLD after treatment with STP capacity 30KLD out of which treated wastewater @ 15 KLD is to be reused for flushing purposes @ 4 KLD is to be used for plantation purpose within the project premises after </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for CTO under the Water act, of 1974 for 36 showrooms for waste water genertion @ 4 KLD out of which 1KLD reuse in plantaion area and 3 KLD reuse in flushing purpose after STP .</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported taht the project proponent is complying with the NOC conditions granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under the Water Act,1974 may be granted upto one year with special condition as proposed by EE,RO . EE,RO may also be requested to visit the site to monitor the STP , verify the mode the disposal and verify the complaince with envronmental law and send the report along with recommendation plaese.</span></p>
