<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for CTO under the Air act, of 1981 for 36 showrooms </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that the project proponent is complying with the NOC conditions granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under the Air Act,1981 may be granted up to one year with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)The promoter company shall not consume any fuel for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
