<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>is submitted that the industry has submitted an undertaking wherein it has been mentioned that the industry will <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>be <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>processing Paddy @ 4.0T/hr to Manufacture Saila/Steamed/Dry Rice@ 2.0TPH & Steamed/dry rice @0.65TPH and <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>water requirement of the unit <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>will be 60 KLD & industry has already agreement with sh. Mukhtiar singh S/o Dana Singh, resident of village Kahangarh Gharachon, tehsil Patran, of <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>10 kanal land for plantation purpose, which is adequate for the above-mentioned Saila/ steamed/ dry rice production.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">in view of above,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>it is recommended that CTO under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act,1981 may be granted to industry for processing of Paddy @ 4.0T/hr to Manufacture Saila/Steamed/Dry Rice@ 2.0TPH & Steamed/dry rice @0.65TPH subjected to certain conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
