<p style="text-align: justify;">Accordingly, the recommendations are amended as per latest meeting taken by Sh. Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, Minister, Department of Science, Technology & Environment, Govt. of Punjab.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with suitable conditions & special condition that the industry shall take the adequate steps to segregate and stop the effluent discharge into MC sewer by 31.03.2024, please. </p> |
