<p style="text-align: justify;">it is recommended that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued to restore the electric connection of the industry temporarily for the period of six months</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of six months with usual conditions and special condition that the industry shall got analyzed its treated effluent samples from the Board’s lab within this period.</p> |
