The HCF has submitted requisite documents through OCMMS. The HCF has deposited Rs 2000/- vide UTR no. SBIN122313881274</span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> dated 09.11.2022 </span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">under Water Act, 1974</span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';"> and Rs 2000/- vide UTR No. SBIN122313891873</span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';"> dated 09.11.2022 under Air Act, 1981. The HCF has provided beds from April 2021 as informed by the representative. Thus the consent fee submitted by the HCF is valid upto 31.03.2023 under both Acts. The HCF has installed its own ETP-cum-STP. </span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">As such, the HCF is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> Keeping above in view, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF upto 31.03.2023 subject to suitable conditions and specific conditions as under: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">1. The HCF shall submit analysis report of effluent sampling from Board’s Lab/Board’s approved lab within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">2. The HCF shall always meet the general effluent standards as notified under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">3. The HCF can’t increase the bed capacity without the prior permission of the Board. </span></p>
