Earlier, the Brick Kiln was granted consent to operate Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide online reference no. CTOA/Fresh/PKT/2019/9920537 dated 11/05/2019, which is valid upto 30/09/2024 under Orange Category. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has deposited Rs. 40,100/- vide UTR No. SBIN522306359562 dated 02/11/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 30/09/2027 including Rs. 1800/- as NOC regurgitation fee and Rs. 500/- as Form downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 59,98,054/- as on 31/03/2022. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted completion certificate issued by PSCST, Chandigarh vide letter no. PSCST/CC/692 dated 01/03/2018 intimating that the industry has constructed induced draft Brick Kiln with zig-zag firing as per the technology evolved by the Punjab State Council for Science & Technology. The Kiln owner will ensure the implementation of recommended operating practices as per the Feasibility Report (SPL-753). The Brick Kiln has also submitted the copy of dimensional drawing/plan of Kiln showing the length of Central Island of brick kiln is less than 245 ft. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In view of the above, may if approved “Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 subject to the suitable conditions along with the special conditions as under:- </span></p>
