<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Sir, it is intimatred that earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & under Air (prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide No. CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2019/10388959 &<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2019/10385330 dated 12.07.2019 respectively which has been expired on 30.06.2020. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for consent to operate under Water (prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents i.e. latest CA certificate, Compliance of report of conditions of previous consent to operate and consent to operate fee for Rs. Rs. 59400/- vide UTR. No. 000251819474 dated 31.03.2021 & <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 30600/- vide R. No. 98682214 dated 13.10.2022 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Water Act 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& Rs. 59400/- vide UTR. No. 000251822450 dated 31.03.2021 & <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 30600/- vide R. No. 167688616 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 13.10.2022 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Air Act, 1981 as per CA certificate regarding gross block value of fixed assets for Rs. 179.80 lacs as on 31.03.2022. Consent fee deposited by the industry including penalty is adequate upto 30.06.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry was visited by undersigned (JEE of RO-2) on 02.12.2022 to verify the contents of consent applications and found as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">During visit the industry was in operation and engaged in the manufacturing of bicycle handle and bicycle paddle by using Brass and ERW Tube as raw material. Sh. Sushil Kumar, Manager of the industry was contacted during visit and informed that the industry has stopped manufacturing of bicycle seat and chain stay.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed one diesel fired brazing furnace, Hydraulic bending machines, power presses, Turning machines and grinding machines etc. Entire machinery has been installed at 1<sup>st</sup> floor of the industrial building and ground floor has been used for storage of material ready for dispatch.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed one diesel fired brazing furnace with hood and adequate stack height.</span></p>
